AI Booking Assistant

The AI Booking Assistant puts your Libramen booking experience on your own website.

Visitors describe what they need in their own words. The assistant asks the right scoping questions, quotes real prices from your setup, and takes the booking with secure card payment. It runs on the same scoping knowledge as your agent bookings, so the answers are always yours: your offerings, your rules, your prices, your times.

Setting it up

1. Open Settings -> Discovery and find the AI Booking Assistant section.
2. Choose the button label visitors will see, and a theme: Light, Dark, or Match site, which follows the visitor's page background.
3. Save. Libramen generates your embed snippet.
4. Copy the snippet and paste it just before the closing </body> tag on every page you want the assistant on. It works on any website, no other setup needed.

The assistant uses your card payment setup for checkout, so connect Stripe under Settings -> Agent Payment Methods first.

Going live

The assistant has no separate on switch. Once it is set up, it goes live together with Discovery. The section shows its current state:

• Live: visitors can book.
• Waiting on Discovery: everything is ready; turn on Discovery to go live.
• Needs attention: something else is missing. The section lists exactly what to fix.

Try it yourself

Use Launch test to have a real conversation with your assistant, exactly as a visitor would. Nothing is charged or booked during a test.

What visitors experience

• A small button sits in the corner of your page. After a visitor has spent a little time on your site, the assistant can open once on its own; on smaller screens it shows a compact preview instead.
• The visitor describes what they need. The assistant asks a few questions, one at a time, with simple choices where possible.
• A quote appears with clear line items, tax if you charge it, and the total.
• Checkout collects the visitor's name, email, and phone, and takes card payment securely. Card details never touch your website.

If you review bookings before accepting them, the visitor's card is authorized at checkout but not charged. It is charged only when you accept the booking, and the visitor is told exactly that.

Fees

AI Booking Assistant bookings have their own platform fee rate, shown in Settings -> Billing.

Replacing the snippet

If your snippet ever ends up somewhere it should not be, replace it:

• Rotate key: issues a new snippet and keeps the old one working for one more hour, so you can update your site without downtime.
• Revoke now: cuts the old snippet off immediately, including any active visitor sessions.

After either, paste the new snippet into your site.
