Settings is where you manage your account, business profile, agent discovery, payment methods, billing, and notifications.
General
General contains your account and business basics.
Profile lets you update your name and view the email address on your account. Account settings let you manage your password and view your Google account connection.
Business Profile lets you update:
- Business name
- Category
- Target market
- Location
- Service area
- Support contact email
The support contact email is important because customers may use it for booking support, cancellations, or refund requests.
General also includes reset and delete controls. Resetting the business graph removes products, packages, parameters, rules, pricing, and availability schedules while preserving your account and business profile. You confirm by typing your business name.
Agent Discovery
Agent Discovery controls whether external buyer agents can find your business through your website and Libramen's agent-facing business profile.
This page shows your Business ID. Every Libramen business gets one. Agents and support teams may use it to identify the correct business.
When discovery is enabled, Libramen gives you:
- A hosted agent profile for your business.
- A generated
llms.txtblock to add to your website. - A website verification check for your root
llms.txt.
Think of your website llms.txt as the trust signpost, and Libramen's hosted profile as the live machine-readable booking contract. Agents visiting your website read the llms.txt block, follow the live gateway, and then use Libramen to quote or book.
To go live, your business needs:
- At least one active product or package with pricing.
- Prices in US dollars.
- No part of the catalog that would leave a buyer stuck, such as a required choice with no options.
- At least one enabled payment method.
- A saved billing method for Libramen platform-fee invoices, unless waived.
- Manual approval of your business by the Libramen team.
- Discovery enabled.
- Your website signpost verified, if you want website-based discovery.
If something is missing, the Agent Discovery page names the blocker and links to where to fix it. The discovery toggle stays off until your business is ready.
Agent Payment Methods
Agent Payment Methods is where you choose how agents can pay your business.
Active setup options include:
- Card payments: connect your Stripe account by creating a secure payment key and pasting it in. Libramen finishes the rest.
- Stablecoin payments: paste the payout wallet address where payments should land.

Billing
Billing shows the current Libramen platform take rate, your billing method, ledger totals, invoice history, delinquency state, and any active waiver.
You can:
- Add or update the payment method Libramen uses for platform-fee invoices.
- Review the current take rate applied to transactions.
- Review transaction volume and platform fees for the billing period.
- View invoices.
- See whether a waiver is active.
Libramen does not charge a SaaS subscription. The platform fee is separate from payment rail fees, such as card or stablecoin processing costs.
Notifications
Notifications controls how your team hears about agent activity, transactions, and booking events.
It includes:
- Booking approval status for card payments, managed in the card payments settings.
- Email notifications.
- Slack notifications.
- Discord notifications.
- Custom webhook notifications.
