Service Businesses

Dashboard

The Dashboard shows how agents are interacting with your business and what bookings are being created.

Dashboard

The Dashboard shows how agents are interacting with your business and what bookings are being created.

Use it to monitor activity, transactions, and confirmed bookings over time.

Time range

The Dashboard can be viewed for the last:

  • 7 days
  • 30 days
  • 90 days

Changing the range updates the activity and transaction views.

Top cards

The top cards summarize the selected period:

  • Agent Visits: how many agents visited your business profile.
  • Tool Calls: how many external agent actions were taken, such as browsing services, checking availability, or qualifying a booking.
  • Transactions: bookings recorded in the selected period, with the share of agent visits that converted.

Transactions

The Transactions section is the booking ledger. It shows recent bookings and booking requests, including:

  • Appointment time
  • When the booking was placed
  • Product or package
  • Customer name
  • Customer email
  • Customer phone
  • Amount
  • Payout state, such as Received, Release pending, or Released
  • Booking status, such as Awaiting approval, Confirmed, Paid, Refunded, or Cancelled

Click any row to open the full booking detail: the options the customer chose, priced line items, adjustments, discount, tax, fees, and the total, plus contact, appointment, and payment details.

If manual booking approval is enabled, pending rows appear at the top with Approve and Reject buttons and a countdown showing how long you have to respond. Rejecting lets you include a short message the buyer will see, and the held payment is voided. Once handled, the row updates with the final booking state.

You can also mark a Confirmed or Paid booking as cancelled or refunded from the row's actions menu. For card payments, the refund itself is issued in your Stripe Dashboard, and Libramen keeps the status in sync.

Agent activity

The Agent activity section explains how agents are reaching and using your business.

Activity Trend

The trend chart shows activity over time, including visits, tool calls, and transactions.

Agent Ledger

The Agent Ledger lists recent agent visits. It shows the agent model when known, location when available, number of calls, time, and whether the visit led to a transaction.

Agent Models

Agent Models summarizes which AI model families are interacting with your business, such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or Unknown.

Tool Usage

Tool Usage shows which agent actions are being used most often, along with the overall success rate. This helps you understand whether agents are mostly browsing services, checking availability, qualifying customers, or confirming bookings.

When the Dashboard is empty

An empty dashboard usually means one of three things:

  • Agent discovery is not enabled yet.
  • Your website signposts have not been verified yet.
  • Agents have not interacted with your business in the selected time range.

Start by checking Settings -> Agent Discovery and confirming that your business has at least one active service and one enabled payment method.
