Agent

An AI assistant acting for a buyer. In Libramen, an external buyer agent can find services, ask qualification questions, check availability, and book when the user approves.

Agent Discovery

The settings area where a business enables agent access and adds website signposts so agents can find the right Libramen business profile.

Business ID

The unique public identifier for a business on Libramen. It helps agents and support teams refer to the correct business.

By Arrangement

A way of offering a service without fixed time slots. The business sets the days, hours, notice period, and booking lengths it accepts. The buyer's agent proposes a start time and length inside that window, and the business confirms each booking itself.

External Buyer Agent

An agent that acts for the customer or buyer, not for the service business. It is outside the business's Libramen organization.

External Integration

A connection to an outside system: Google Calendar, an iCal Feed (a link to a calendar you share), a Custom API (a direct connection to your own booking system), or a Webhook (which lets another tool send updates to Libramen).

Knowledge Studio

The workspace where a business uploads documents, chats with the Knowledge Studio agent, reviews the service graph, and edits how the business is made bookable by external buyer agents.

Stripe's saved-payment experience. In agent payment flows, Link-enabled tools may help users approve agent payments where supported.

llms.txt

A file on a business website written for AI agents. In Libramen, the business adds a generated block to this file so agents can verify the business owns the declaration and follow it to the live Libramen booking details.

Parameter

A piece of information the agent may need to ask the customer for, such as date, group size, age, service location, project size, or budget.

Product

A service a business sells.

Qualification

The question and answer process an agent goes through before booking. Libramen guides the agent through the questions that matter for the request, so the booking is accurately scoped and priced while the business's private setup stays private.

Rule

A business rule that affects whether a customer qualifies or how a service can be booked.

Service Graph

The visual map of a business in Knowledge Studio. It connects products, rules, parameters, pricing, availability, and integrations.

Shared Payment Token

A Stripe payment token used for agent commerce. It lets an agent provide payment authorization for a specific business and transaction without exposing the underlying payment details.

Stablecoin Payments

A payment method where agents pay you in digital dollars that settle instantly to your payout wallet.

Tempo

A payment network used for supported stablecoin payments.
