Open Settings -> Notifications to configure delivery channels and check booking approval status.

Manual booking approval

Manual booking approval lets your team review each booking before payment is taken.

This is available for card payments. The Notifications page shows whether it is on or off; turn it on or off in the card payments settings under Settings -> Agent Payment Methods. It is useful when a booking needs a human check, such as:

  • Staff availability needs confirmation.
  • A request looks unusual.
  • The business needs to verify a detail before accepting.
  • The service has high operational risk.

When manual approval is enabled, approval requests go to your configured notification channels. Pending approval rows also appear in the Dashboard transaction ledger.

While manual approval is on, agents can pay by card only. Stablecoin payments are unavailable during review because they settle instantly and cannot wait for approval.

Notification channels

You can configure one or more channels.

Email

Send notifications to one or more email addresses. Use this for owners, operators, dispatchers, or shared inboxes.

Slack

Post notifications to a Slack channel using an incoming webhook URL. You can also add an optional channel name for clarity.

Discord

Post notifications to Discord using a Discord webhook URL.

Custom Webhook

Send structured notifications to another system you control. You can choose no authentication, bearer token, or HMAC-SHA256 depending on what your system supports.

Testing channels

After a channel is configured, use Send test to confirm it works.

If the test fails, check the channel URL, permissions, and authentication setting. Then save and test again.

Webhook activity

The Webhook Activity Log shows delivery activity once events begin firing. If no channels have sent webhook deliveries yet, the table will be empty.
