Do I need technical knowledge to use Libramen?
No. Service businesses can start by uploading documents and chatting with the Knowledge Studio agent. Some integrations may require help from the person who manages your calendar, website, or business systems.
What should I upload first?
Start with the documents that explain what you sell and who qualifies. SOPs, service descriptions, scoping guides, pricing notes, and availability rules are especially useful.
What if my best business knowledge is not documented?
Use chat. The Knowledge Studio agent can ask questions and map what you explain into the service graph.
Can I edit the service graph later?
Yes. Tell the Knowledge Studio agent what to change. You can add, remove, pause, rename, or rework products, rules, parameters, pricing, availability, and integrations.
Are all business rules public?
No. Only product offerings are shared with external buyer agents.
Your rules, pricing logic, and other private setup details are never shared. Agents scope each booking by asking the customer questions, so bookings come out accurate without your setup being exposed.
Which integrations are supported?
Four kinds, as shown on the Integrations tab: Google Calendar, iCal Feed (a link to a calendar you share), Custom API (a direct connection to your own booking system), and Webhook (lets another tool send updates to Libramen).
Where do I enter integration links, keys, or secrets?
Use the Integrations tab. Do not paste private integration setup details into chat.
Which payment methods are active?
Card payments through Stripe, Stripe Link agent payments (which use the same Stripe setup), and stablecoin payments as a separate option. What agents see can vary by business.
Do agents always have the same payment options?
No. Agents can only use payment methods enabled by the specific business they are booking with.
Can I manually approve bookings?
Yes, for card payments. Turn on booking review in your card payment settings. While review is on, agents can pay by card only, because stablecoin payments settle instantly and cannot wait for approval. Approval requests are sent to the notification channels you set up, so configure at least one.
Do my services need fixed time slots?
No. You can offer set session times, or take bookings by arrangement: you choose the days, hours, notice period, and booking lengths you accept, the buyer's agent proposes a time, and you confirm each booking yourself.
What does the agent need from the customer before booking?
The agent needs user approval, required scoping answers, and customer contact details such as name, email, and phone number.
